NOTE! NETiP NEW IP ADDRESS 62.0.60.130

1. Download the latest Observer Monitoring software.
2. Click the "Setup.exe"  to start the installation and follow the instructions.
3. Run the Observer shortcut located under the Observer icon on Desktop.
4. Go To Setup\options\Network and check the box: Change to network connection
5. Close the Observer and run it again to enable the changes.
6. Click the Connect button.
7. In the Station book that is opened add the NETiP address: 62.0.60.130
8. CLick the dial button, the user is "guest" no password needed.

Download Observer

Download the Observer Software and run the Setup.exe  to install it.
